HARDWARE TECHNOLOGY SERVING THE CALL RECORDING INDUSTRY
The OptiLogix HyperWall network controlled devices provide powerful features for building next-generation fraud detection and
prevention systems for PBX's that are connected to Basic Rate or Primary Rate ISDN trunks. HyperWall devices can also be used for
real-time Call Centre quality monitoring.
NETWORK CONTROLLED TDM FIREWALL
Each unit combines a compact form factor with very low power consumption resulting in unmatched reliability. Embedded DSP's for
D-channel decoding, voice processing and IP packet streaming.
D-channel signalling supports Call Setup, Connect, Clear, DDI number and CLI number decoding. Supports all major ISDN variants,
Q.SIG, DASS-2 and DPNSS.
Generic IP stream format (the OptiLogix HyperStream open format) for using HyperWall devices with your own Windows or Linux
based call-accounting / fraud-management software.
HyperWall devices offer real-time monitoring and unlike conventional CDR/SMDR based solutions, which simply examine switch call
records after the fact, HyperWall fraud detection and prevention devices can continuously stream telecoms meta-data in real-time.
Once an attack is detected by your call-accounting / fraud-management system, an instruction can be sent to the HyperWall device to
drop the ISDN trunk.
